Curriculum Team Leader SEND and High Needs

The role of a Curriculum Team Leader is to lead on the delivery of outstanding education and training programmes, equipping students with knowledge, skills, and behaviours for their future.

This includes delivering and leading various study programmes to students with SEND; often from pre-entry to Level 1. These may include Employability and Personal Development qualifications, Independent Living qualifications, Supported Internships, English and Maths, as well as bespoke programmes tailored to individual needs.

As a Programme Manager, you will coordinate and lead groups of programmes, deliver teaching each year, complete relevant preparation and marking, and set SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential.

You will have relevant knowledge, skills, and experience working with and supporting students with SEND, as well as delivering, assessing, and verifying pre-entry to Level 1 study programmes.
