Care Management Role Overview
Compass Associates is working in partnership with a national provider of Residential and Supported Living care to recruit a Registered Service Manager for their new Supported-Living service in Worksop.
About the Service
The 6-bedded Supported-Living service supports male adults with complex learning disabilities, autism, and communication needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day operations, including staff management and collaboration with the quality team.
- Leadership and development of the service, ensuring efficient delivery and best practice.
- Working closely with the Area Director to ensure high-quality care for service users.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting.
- Background in working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
- Knowledge of CQC/KLOES regulations.
- Strong people management skills, communication, and teamwork.
