About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Care Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in caring for individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support individuals with complex medical needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, and seizure management.
