SEND Curriculum Leader

We are seeking an experienced SEND Curriculum Leader to join our Ad Warrior team. As a Curriculum Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading a group of programmes, delivering teaching and setting SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential. You will also supervise staff within your area, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team of education professionals who deliver an engaging and personalised project-based curriculum, leading the future students onto further education opportunities into their chosen vocational pathway, preparing them for adulthood, independent living, and ultimately into employment.
The role requires recent experience of leading or working as part of a team within an education establishment, with evidence of delivering strong outcomes and high-quality teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will have a teaching qualification and level 2 literacy and numeracy/equivalent as well as a relevant professional/vocational qualification in SEND.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to set SMART targets and monitor performance indicators, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, able to coordinate and lead a group of programmes.
- Relevant professional/vocational qualification in SEND and a teaching qualification.
Salary and Benefits
- Up to £55,000 per annum salary, including access to teachers' pensions scheme.
- Up to 50 days annual leave per year, including closure during Christmas period.
