We are seeking a dynamic Career Development Specialist to join our team at RNN Group. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to students, helping them achieve their career goals.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with learners aged 14-16, 16-18, 19+, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities/Looked After Children/Education Health and Care Plans. You will deliver high-quality careers information, advice, and guidance, supporting students in setting SMART career targets and securing positive destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional careers information, advice, and guidance to students, focusing on their individual needs and aspirations.
  • Collaborate with students to set achievable career targets and develop strategies for securing part-time employment or further education.
  • Provide critical information for future studies or employment decisions, empowering students to make informed choices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with student guidance, particularly with learners aged 14-16, 16-18, 19+.
  • Level 3 in Initial Advice and Guidance (or willingness to undertake it).
  • Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or willingness to undertake it).
  • Familiarity with Further Education qualifications and progression routes.
