Nursery Room Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our Under 2's room at Bright Horizons Teddies Loughton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-2 years.
- Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the individual needs of each child.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure the learning environment is safe, stimulating, and conducive to learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and relevant legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and parents.
