About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our Under 2's room at Bright Horizons Teddies Loughton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-2 years
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities and environments that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, healthy, and stimulating for children
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
