Job Description
  • Partnership Management: Develop and nurture existing and new partnerships to drive revenue growth and mutual success.
  • Sales Support: Participate in sales activities, including managing inquiries, taking sales calls, and contributing to proposals and presentations.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities in collaboration with the commercial team and support the implementation of growth strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, sales activity, and other key commercial metrics.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in a commercial role(s), e.g., partnerships, sales, business development, or commercial analysis.
  • Partnership Experience: Some level of partnership experience required.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to take sales calls and engage with partners, prospects, and clients.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Culture Fit: Comfortable working in a start-up environment with a high degree of independence and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a respected university.
