Job Title: Conference and Event Coordinator

C&E Recruitment is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Conference and Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing events and conferences in a hotel setting.

About the Role:
This role involves overseeing all aspects of event management, including planning, coordination, and execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that events are executed smoothly and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing event timelines and deadlines
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in event management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
