Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, plus a £5,000 car allowance.

Job Description

The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee a stable team consisting of Senior Practitioners, Supervising Social Workers, Independent Therapists, an Operations Manager, and an Administration Manager. The role involves managing approximately 50 fostering households and overseeing staying put arrangements for young people beyond their 18th birthday.

Requirements

  • A very good knowledge of the National Minimum Standards and Ofsted regulations.
  • Proven management experience.
  • A driving license.
