The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of building assets, including boilers, HVAC units, and electrical systems. You will be responsible for supporting the Asset Manager with administrative tasks and implementing their findings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Asset Manager with administrative tasks and implement their findings.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of building assets.
  3. Update the training matrix for soft skills and operations regularly.
  4. Conduct workplace inspections and provide reports.
  5. Analyze waste data and produce statistics.
  6. Support the technical team with timesheet data entry.
Person Specification:
  1. Prior experience in a facilities admin role or similar field.
  2. Strong IT skills with experience working with Microsoft Office software.
