Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Edinburgh Orthodontics, part of Portman Dental Care. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and overseeing our private patients and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase private patient numbers and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Work closely with our orthodontic team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment planning.
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the dental industry, preferably in a treatment coordination or business development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business growth strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
