NHSL Therapist Team Lead

NHS Scotland is committed to providing high-quality clinical rehabilitation technology services across Scotland. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Lead for the Assessment Services.
The post holder will be responsible for clinical, professional, and managerial governance issues, as well as staff training and development for three therapy teams. They will also have a clinical caseload in one or two of the services, providing a comprehensive specialist service of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and onward referral to patients.
The post is a job share and requires the post holder to work between 0.5 and 0.7 WTE. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
NHS Scotland is committed to reducing its full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part-time staff.
