About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Growth Strategist to join our team at Moloco. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for driving account growth results by collaborating with clients, sales, account managers, data science, and cross-functional teams.

Your primary objective will be to analyze campaign data, provide actionable insights, and develop a clear data-driven strategy for each client. You will work closely with clients to achieve their goals and help build and iterate on new products and client solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex data analysis, translate it into simple language, and influence decision-making. If you have a strong background in mobile advertising, big data, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem, and ad tech, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop a clear data-driven strategy for each client.
  • Work with clients to achieve their goals.
  • Help build and iterate on new products and client solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales, account managers, data science, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in mobile advertising, preferably in account management in programmatic marketing.
  • Familiarity with big data, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem, and ad tech.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint/Slides, and g-suite.
  • Flexibility to travel depending on business needs.
  • Fluency in English, Russian preferred.
