About the Role

The UCL Student Enquiries Officer plays a pivotal customer-focused role, providing comprehensive advice and guidance to students and the wider University community. Key responsibilities include supporting students via various service channels, such as in-person support at enquiries desks, responding to telephone calls, and managing online enquiries through askUCL.
