Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and clientelling
* Process orders, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and efficient manner
* Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Work with colleagues to manage customer online shopping journeys
* Establish long-term relationships with key customers based on data about their preferences, behaviors, and purchases

Requirements:

* Fluent in French and English
* Additional languages are a plus (Spanish, Italian, German)
* Passion for building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service experiences
* Experience working in a customer services and sales environment for a luxury brand
* Professional and confident with a great telephone manner
* Great listening skills and passionate about finding solutions to customer queries and complaints
