Business Development Manager Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing client relationships, as well as identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, with a strong commitment to ethics and professionalism.
