Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
  • Provide expert advice on business travel management and policy recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and deliver customized solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with clients to review progress, discuss challenges, and set goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a business development or account management role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the corporate travel market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills to drive business growth and resolve conflicts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze data and create presentations.
