About The Role

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Whether it's resolving queries, providing support, or simply being a friendly face, you'll be the driving force behind our customer-centric approach.

We're looking for someone who is resourceful, confident, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you're a natural communicator with a flair for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively resolve customer queries and issues through various channels of communication
  • Take ownership of each customer contact to provide the best possible resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer support to our Wren Approved Installers based in the field
  • Identify and report on processes that could result in a poor customer experience
  • Make creative and responsible decisions when resolving customer queries

  • Attentive with a strong focus on the customer experience
  • Active listener and respectful questioning technique
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Passionate with the ability to take ownership of customer queries and confidently resolve issues where required
  • Ability to effectively organise and prioritise your own workload
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attendance, with proven reliability and the ability to adhere to the agreed work schedule
