Regional Coach - North Region U18 Boys

England Golf is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Coach to lead the North Region U18 Boys Squad. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching to develop the technical, tactical, and physical skills of the squad members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to achieve the squad's performance goals
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with squad members to improve their technical and tactical skills
  • Provide guidance and support to squad members to enhance their physical fitness and mental toughness
  • Collaborate with other coaches and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching environment
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of squad members and provide feedback to improve their performance
Requirements:
  • PGA qualified golf coach with experience working with elite age group level golfers
  • Strong communication and management skills to work effectively with squad members, coaches, and support staff
  • Ability to develop and implement coaching plans to achieve performance goals
  • Experience in working with a range of coaching equipment to develop elite level performers
  • Enthusiastic and personable with a competitive mindset
