Job Opportunity

Regional Coach - North Region U18 Boys

England Golf is seeking a contracted regional coach to lead the North Region U18 Boys Squad. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting and coaching a team of talented young golfers.

The North Region comprises Cumbria, Durham, and Northumberland. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the region's golfing landscape and be able to identify and develop the skills of young golfers.

The regional coach will work closely with the England Golf team to ensure the North Region U18 Boys Squad is well-prepared for competitions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select and coach a team of talented young golfers
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve player skills
  • Work closely with the England Golf team to ensure squad readiness for competitions

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of golf coaching principles and practices
  • Ability to work with young golfers and develop their skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
