Job Opportunity

Regional Coach - North Region U18 Boys

England Golf is seeking a contracted regional coach to lead the North Region U18 Boys Squad. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting and coaching a team of talented young golfers from Cumbria, Durham, and Northumberland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong coaching background and experience working with young athletes. They will be expected to develop and implement training programs, provide guidance and support to players, and work collaboratively with other coaches and stakeholders to achieve team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for the North Region U18 Boys Squad
  • Provide guidance and support to players to help them reach their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and stakeholders to achieve team goals
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements:

  • Strong coaching background and experience working with young athletes
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
