We are seeking an experienced Head of People to join our team at Stelia, a leading organisation in the industry.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing and implementing people strategies to support the company's goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring and retaining top talent, as well as demonstrable experience with HR metrics and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment process to attract high-quality candidates and build a diverse workforce.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Essential Attributes
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to acquire and retain top talent within technology organisations.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of employer and employee laws, specifically North American and UK regulations.
