About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for improving plant efficiency and delivering process improvement projects across our production units.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Optimise the plant to improve overall manufacturing efficiency using techniques such as Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma.
  2. Implement process engineering projects across the plant and laboratory areas, including automating clean room environments.
  3. Regulate, validate, and create necessary documentation, including SOPs.
  4. Oversee in-house Capex projects, working with contractors and engineers to deliver results.
  5. Utilise systems such as Minitab to drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Process Engineering, Food Process Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the chemical, food, or automotive sectors.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for process improvement and driving efficiency.
