Innovative Marketing Director for Social Impact

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Head of Marketing and Community. This role will play a crucial part in elevating our brand presence, connecting with new audiences, and nurturing a community of advocates who share our vision for inclusive leadership and social impact.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup that operates with a small, agile team, offering hands-on involvement across multiple areas. You will be instrumental in comprehensively reviewing and revitalising our brand identity, developing strategies that effectively communicate our values and enhance brand perception in the marketplace.
You will take the lead in spearheading initiatives focused on lead generation to secure more organisations sponsoring our programmes, as well as leading the go-to-market strategy for new offerings and services, shaping the marketing approach to ensure alignment with our organisational goals.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with our business and social impact goals. As a passionate individual with a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, you will have the support of a Marketing Manager, who will assist in executing the strategy and managing day-to-day activities.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving measurable impact and growth through successful marketing campaigns, as well as experience in designing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through qualified lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. They will also possess exceptional storytelling skills to enhance brand perception, increase awareness, and build impactful connections with target audiences.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, along with potential EMI share options and access to hundreds of perks, discounts, and freebies from our employee benefits platform Pirkx. Our office is located in Paddington, London, and we offer flexible working arrangements, including remote work and Flexible Fridays. We pride ourselves on being a close-knit, inclusive team and offer 35 days' holiday each year, with bank holidays and a Christmas shutdown included.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and connect with new audiences
- Spearhead initiatives focused on lead generation to secure more organisations sponsoring our programmes
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new offerings and services, shaping the marketing approach to ensure alignment with our organisational goals
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with our business and social impact goals
- Manage a Marketing Manager to execute the strategy and manage day-to-day activities
Requirements:
