About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services to children and families
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice to improve outcomes for children and families
  • Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve social work practice
  • Provide supervision and support to social workers to enhance their skills and practice
