We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Social Worker and Consultant Social Worker to join our team in Cornwall. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in promoting a strong culture of learning and development, and ensuring that our social workers have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver outstanding practice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based practice in child and family services
- Provide expert guidance and support to social workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver high-quality services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our workforce development framework, ensuring that staff have access to high-quality training and development opportunities
- Work closely with our practice educators to ensure that social workers receive high-quality supervision and support
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to promote a culture of learning and development across the organization
