Job Summary: Children's Safeguarding Expert

Entrust Social Care Ltd is seeking an exceptional Children's Safeguarding Expert to join our team. This is a critical role that requires expertise in child protection, risk assessment, and case management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex cases, conducting investigations, and providing expert advice to colleagues and stakeholders.

About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-risk cases, conducting thorough investigations, and providing expert guidance to colleagues. They will also participate in private proceedings, Local Authority care applications, and court work, advocating for children's best interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake Section 47 investigations, analyzing evidence and making recommendations for interventions
  • Manage high-risk cases, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources efficiently
  • Collaborate with other professionals, sharing best practices and contributing to case planning
  • Participate in private proceedings and Local Authority care applications, advocating for children's best interests

What We Offer:
