Job Overview:
The Higher Clerical Assistant/Word Processor Operator roles within the Service play a key part in supporting the Multi Agency Safeguarding Team and other Social Worker and Personal Adviser teams in safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in call handling, data inputting, and database maintenance while working to agreed standards and strict deadlines.
- A flexible approach is required to adapt to changes in priorities, able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative, with some experience of working with figures.
- A positive and customer-focused attitude is essential.
Requirements:
- Availability to work immediately or at short notice.
- Right to work in the U.K.
- An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
