About the Role

We are currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to join our team in Sidcup. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets our high standards
  • Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure our food offerings are fresh and exciting
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  • Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts that meet the needs of our clients and customers
  • Representing Compass Group UK & Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Monitoring inventories to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked and efficient
  • Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
  • Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations

Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef who is passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Food Hygiene certificate
  • A flexible approach to working
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
