About the Job:
- You'll support adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.
- You'll empower them to live fulfilling lives by providing tailored support and participating in activities.
- You'll manage medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene, ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
- You'll follow our procedures to deliver consistent, reliable care and support.
- A commitment to ongoing training and development is required.
