Support Worker Assistant Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker Assistant to join our team at Hygea Homecare. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to support vulnerable individuals in their daily lives.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and household tasks to individuals who require support. You will also promote independence and confidence, and assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a caring and empathetic nature, with excellent communication skills. A driver's licence and access to a vehicle are also required, as is the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
