We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Pastor for Young Adults.

The successful candidate will have a real vision to see young adults and families become a central part of the church family, with a proven ability to take a lead by supporting volunteer teams, equipping them for ministry, and promoting spiritual growth among young adults.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the growth of young adults 16+ both within the church and beyond
  • Developing and implementing programs to promote spiritual growth and development among young adults
  • Outreaching to those in need of social opportunities, such as the warm space initiative
  • Integrating newcomers into the life of the church

This part-time role (20 hours) offers a competitive salary of £15,000 per year (circa £13.50-£15.00 per hour), plus benefits including company pension and sick pay.

The successful candidate will be a committed Christian with a strong understanding of family and youth work, possessing a formal qualification or significant life experience in this area.
