Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Park Care Village. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with their personal care and daily activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
  • Support residents with mealtime routines, promoting good nutrition and hydration.
  • Encourage residents to engage in physical activities, such as mobilization and exercise, to maintain their mobility and independence.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, accompanying residents on outings and engaging in activities that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care, ensuring that all documentation is completed to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with other care professionals to promote the health and well-being of our residents, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
