About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team as a Support Worker at Prime Life's Phoenix Park Care Village in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful and dignified support to residents with a range of age-related health conditions, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.
  • Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life that is right for them.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Assist residents with day-to-day activities, such as personal care, recreational activities, and accompanying residents outside of the home.
  • Promote resident independence in the preparation of food and/or at mealtimes.
  • Work with other professionals to provide individualized care and development plans.
