About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Prime Life Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing dignified support to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful and dignified support to residents, encouraging them to achieve their full potential.
  • Assist residents with day-to-day activities, such as personal care, recreational activities, and accompanying them outside of the home.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop individualized care and development plans.
  • Promote resident independence in the preparation of food and/or at mealtimes.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. While prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable, full training is provided. If you are patient, understanding, and respectful of our residents' individual abilities, we encourage you to apply.
