Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our expanding team and work alongside a hands-on experienced recruitment team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving company sales to achieve company turnover and profit expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet new clients and visit key customers on a regular basis to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Prospect new business through cold calling, warm calls, and existing customers to increase sales revenue.
- Learn and understand various industry sectors to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Deliver a high standard of sales-driven skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals.
- Develop personal skills through self-learning and ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in weekly sales reviews with the Company Director to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.
- Manage all social media platforms to promote the company's brand and services.
- Liaise with the team to discuss promotions and marketing ideas to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience meeting individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, face-to-face and over the phone, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and present a professional image, with a positive and constructive attitude.
- Ability to influence and persuade to close deals, with a high-performance attitude and drive.
- Excellent sales and management skills, with strong and effective communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Positive, constructive attitude radiating energy and drive to accomplish goals and targets.
- Energy and focus to achieve results in a professional manner.
- Self-starter, able to work independently, preferably without supervision, but as part of the team.

- Must have own transport.
