Main Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and achieve company turnover and profit expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, warm calls, and existing customer relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Deliver exceptional sales-driven skills and results
- Develop personal skills through self-learning and ongoing training
- Participate in weekly sales reviews with the Company Director
- Manage and maintain a strong online presence
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing ideas
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to influence and persuade to close deals
- High-performance attitude and drive
- Excellent sales and management skills
- Positive and constructive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have own transport
