We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a senior medical leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • To work collaboratively with community mental health teams to ensure effective care planning and communication
  • To provide medical leadership and supervision to junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams
  • To be responsible for providing patient-centered recovery-based care through a supervisory and consultancy role

Requirements

  • Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research, or management
  • Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team
  • Good standing with GMC with respect to warnings and conditions on practice

Salary Range: £83,663 - £109,825 per annum. Our benefits package includes flexible working arrangements, opportunities for career development, and a supportive work environment.
