Think Recruitment is currently looking for a Sports Business Growth Manager to help drive growth and ambition for their client. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in creating and implementing new sales strategies to meet targets, focusing on building existing and new customer pipelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • To generate profitable new business in line with the overall Sports market strategy.
  • To develop opportunities to increase revenue generation with existing customers.
  • To ensure a planned approach to customer management, protecting existing revenue, relationship building and customer retention.

The successful candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time on business development, generating new, profitable business. The remaining 20% will be spent managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships.

A key aspect of the role will be to sell the company's services and products to ensure achievement of targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and overall business objectives.
