Sports Business Development Opportunity
\We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Business Development Manager to join our team at Think Recruitment.
\The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Sports Industry and a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and account management.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.\
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and achieve business objectives.\
- Customer Management: Ensure effective customer relationship management, protecting existing revenue and driving customer retention.\
- Market Intelligence: Provide market intelligence on competitor activity and new business opportunities.\
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing initiatives and generate new business leads.\
- Reporting and Planning: Input on reporting, forecasting, planning, and market intelligence to drive business growth.\
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.\
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.\
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.\\/ul\
Requirements:
\- \
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Electrical Lighting industry.\
- Strong background in the Sports Industry.\
- 3+ years experience in business development, sales, and account management.\
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.\
- Fully qualified professional with a degree or equivalent qualification.\\/ul\
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including a company car, pension scheme, and holiday allowance.
