Key Responsibilities:
• Process purchase invoices and input correct codes on to the system, ensuring the purchase ledger is up to date.
• Deal with daily banking transactions and update the cash book.
• Process expenses and update the daily banking transactions in the cash book.
• Monthly and half-monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, including the investigation and resolving of any unallocated items.
• Reconciliation of own book suspense accounts.
• Assist with processing of commission clawbacks.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role.
• Good Excel and systems skills.
• Highly organized, able to meet deadlines.
• AAT studier, or desire to study.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to progress and develop in the role.
