We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Operations Manager to join our team at Together Financial Services Limited. As a key member of our Treasury Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Treasury Operations procedures, managing cash and liquidity, and reporting to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of Treasury Operations procedures and documentation
  • Manage cash and liquidity, including interest rate risk within agreed limits
  • Report to internal stakeholders on Treasury Operations activities and performance
  • Support treasury refinancing activities, including RCF, Senior Secured Notes, and securitisation issuances
Requirements:
  • Financial and/or management accounting experience
  • Treasury Operations experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and process-driven approach
  • Team management experience
