Job Title: Lead Mechanical Design Engineer

Dynisma is seeking a talented Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our team of engineers in designing, developing, and delivering Motion Generators to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

As a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of driving simulators and contributing to the growth and success of the company. With over 20 years of experience in leading simulator programmes at top-tier companies like McLaren and Ferrari F1 teams, Ash Warne, our CEO, has created a culture of innovation and excellence within Dynisma.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our team of engineers in designing, analysing, and delivering Motion Generators to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of engineers in the design, analysis, risk management, technical documentation, and delivery of Dynisma's Motion Generators to schedule targets.
  • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the control of quality and the timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and meeting customer requirements.
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring engineers to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of applied physics and engineering fundamentals.
  • Proven mathematical skills and ability to carry out calculations.
