Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Career Planning Specialist to join our team at UCFB. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of employability and career planning services, working closely with students to achieve their goals.

About the Role

  • Actively support the day-to-day operation of the employability and career planning department, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with the Senior ECP Manager and Senior ECP Advisor to design and deliver employability and career planning advice and guidance services.
  • Maintain and enhance departmental resources, including online and physical collections, hubs, and portals.
  • Log and analyze data, producing relevant reports to inform service improvement.
  • Represent the Student Support Department at internal committees and groups as required.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of employability and career planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to represent the department at internal committees and groups.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary of £24,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
