HR Specialist required to join an existing team to help update all processes.
HR Specialist required to join an existing team based in Wembley.
The main objectives of the role are as follows:

- To deliver an effective and proactive people service.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of service delivery and putting in place actions to achieve improvements and SLA/KPIs.
- Monitor, review and analyse workforce data/ KPIs to identify return on investment, trends, development needs, resolve issues, and improve service delivery.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, reward, engagement, relations, development and equality, diversity
- Be qualified to CIPD Level 5

My client is looking for someone who is strong in implementing new processes, procedures and updating templates. You will need to have the ability to change out of date processes and deliver these through the company accurately and effectively.
This is a temporary role for up to 3 months, the first 2 weeks you will be full time in the office and from then will be a minimum of 2 days on the office which has to consist of Monday and Wednesday.
