Job Overview

The London School of Science & Technology Ltd T/a LSST is a leading higher education provider seeking an experienced Skills and Employability Tutor to join its team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of skills bootcamps for adults and support learners in achieving their employment goals.


About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual to design, develop, and deliver curriculum that meets the employment ambitions of our learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skills & employability programmes and experience delivering courses to learners from diverse backgrounds.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver FE programmes, particularly Skills Bootcamp courses in data science, digital skills, quality control, leadership, and management.

This includes producing and delivering learner journeys that result in initial assessment, induction, individual learner plans, engaging learning materials, high-quality learning content, effective employability skills, and meticulous records for learner progression and funding obligations.


Requirements
  • Educated to Level 4 or above.
  • Appropriate teacher/trainer qualification.
  • Relevant delivery experience in post-16 education, Employability, or Apprenticeships.
  • Strong knowledge of teaching adults and learners 19+.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and support learners from diverse backgrounds.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is £38,000 - £50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
