Pharmacy Assistant Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Pct Healthcare (Holdings) Ltd in Heanor. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting the pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive high-quality advice and assistance.
- Process prescriptions accurately, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Promote products and services effectively, driving branch sales and growth.
- Refer customers to other healthcare professionals as required, following established protocols.
- Manage incoming stock, storing it correctly and completing necessary documentation.
- Perform housekeeping duties regularly, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Cash handling and banking responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Previous community pharmacy experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Keen to learn about our products and services.
