Adults Clinical Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Meadow House in Swaffham, Norfolk. This is a rewarding role that involves supporting the registered care home manager in all aspects of the home's management.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivering of care, including medication management. You will also assist with the management of the care and nursing teams, including regular supervisions and appraisals.
Key Responsibilities- Support the registered manager in all aspects of the home's day-to-day running
- Taking temporary or complete charge of the home in their absence
- Managing and monitoring the planning and delivering of care
- Medication management
- Assisting with the management of the care and nursing teams
To be considered for this role, you must have an active NMC pin and relevant experience in healthcare management. A strong understanding of systems and procedures is essential to ensure the quality of care provided by the home.
