Payroll and HR Executive

As a key member of the Asymchem Group team, you will be responsible for managing the company's payroll and HR functions. This includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, managing employee records, and maintaining compliance with legal and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processing, including remittances and filings with tax authorities
  • Support the day-to-day payroll compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with third parties, such as auditors and tax authorities
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure payroll responsibilities are met

You will also be responsible for managing employee records, benefits, and payroll-related queries. Additionally, you will support the company's EMEA payrolls and conduct payroll inductions for new starters.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll and HR or operations in an international environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and organizational, project, and time management skills
  • Pensions and benefits experience
  • Accounting finance or tax background
